Here are some common questions about our hoodie orders.
No. We understand that everyone may want to choose their own style and colour so that's what we let you do. Your order can be made up of any combination of different styles, sizes, and colours that we offer.
Yes. This is due to the large set up costs which are involved in producing each design. They must have the same front or back print although names and nicknames are optional.
Once we hear from you, we will get back to you with prices within 24 hours. If you need your hoodies for a set date please let us know asap. Otherwise we will aim to get you your order within 10 working days from approval of artwork.
No, although due to the setup work involved we need have a minimum order of 20 items to get the free setup, otherwise there is an £20 setup charge. Remember this can be made up of a mixture of any style, size and colour.
Our prices are per item and include the design work and setup, printing costs and embroidery. The only optional cost is the persons name if required which is an additional £1.50+vat per item.
That is fine. When you are ordering just highlight which items do not require a name and you won't be charged for that service.
Yes. We can supply you with a sample sizing pack which will include a full range of sizes to try on first. It's important that you get to try on your items first as we cannot accept returns once your item is printed or embroidered
Primary school clothing is not subject to VAT although secondary school clothing is.
